The Frugal Theater: "Ghostbusters"

You've seen it. But I've probably seen it more than you.

You've quoted it. But I probably talk of it more than you.

You love it. Well, you get it now.

"Ghostbusters," the ultimate in Hollywood entertainments, is available to watch, free, at Crackle.com. Yeah, Crackle (backed by Sony) is the poor-man's Hulu, but it has some decent junk on there. Bill Murray films included. Just mind the advertisements, and at least the film's unedited. Phew.

So even if you own it, have seen it, or are still resentful about not being able to get that PhD in parapsychology at Columbia, it doesn't matter. Get your proton pack, slime-proof shoes and hang with Dr. Stantz, Dr. Venkman, Egon, and Winston. Oh, and the ghost of John Belushi, the "ugly little spud," Slimer.
