did you try to print it yet and see how it looks at 3.5"? 9-10-11 would be good sizes to try for the sans (I like this font better)....I'm not sure about the name size...
I liked your stacked info better as a layout but I like the new treatment of bold email and number with dots.
I'd keep playing with your picture...i wouldn't have it intersect with anything on the card
I'm kind of liking it without the info of what you do...but at the same time it's a huge don't.....so I'm torn.

Yeah, I've been getting the back-and-forth with the brushy, but in the end, I just kinda dig it.
