
With the return of The Frugal Theater, comes an eccentric classic. Tonight, I'm glad to share Robert Altman's "California Split" on crackle.com. Done in Altman's golden age, this is one his most under-appreciated 1970s classics. Geroge Segal and Elliot Gould were once cool, and this is an alternative man's caper. Last time I checked Amazon, it's out-of-print on DVD. But, check it here, for free. It's a hell of a sure bet. The link's below.
