This film has everything: Inbreds, white trash, bunny helmets, kids with guns, bacon in bathtubs and black metal. Rad.
Harmony Korine's film is little seen, but truly lasting. Harmony Korine's cult work was a wildly divided affair, inciting anger and hatred with some, and love and astonishment from others.
Werner Herzog said the bacon was masterful. Now that can't be all bad. Can it?
Regardless, this film's totally worth a look. It's like a free geek show!
BlueGoFilm is screening 'Gummo' this Friday, March 6th. It starts at 6PM, and as always admission is free.
